The White House Task Force sole mission is to Protect Students and the appointed should have these qualifications:

- Experience in compliance of Title IX policy
-Expertise in (CMP) cost management processes & experience determining scalable models that can effectively deploy to a university environment
- The representative should be objective & gender neutral on policy enforcement
