'Repair' what you can rather than throwing away things needing minor repairs. 'Replace' items thoughtfully, either choosing to go without and NOT replace them, or choosing a more efficient, low cost/low energy item. 'Repair' and 'Replace' can relate to small electronics, clothing, shoes, leather goods, etc. This would increase the workforce for tailors, computer/electronics repairmen, leatherworkers, etc.
'Replant' would encourage planting native plants to your local area - removing thirsty lawns in areas of drought, shading salmon streams, and breathing oxygen into the atmosphere.
These additional 'Three Rs' would lower costs for families increasing efficiency in the home and raising property values while increasing the demand for middle class jobs and improving the environment.
