Lots of tobacco free and smoke free regulations are legislated thos days. Most of them tend to be discrimenatory towards smokers. By using bad science behind so-called "second-hand smoke" smoker's right to choose between smoking or not is violated. Sometimes the reasoning for smoke-free legistlation is "health-cost" concerns. Which is not valid for two reasons: smokers don't actually cost employers or goverment more than average person and that kind of reasonig can be also applied to any human activity (i.e. eating fat food, driving, alcohol consumption etc). It is time to protect people's liberty and allow them to live lifestyles they want (if they don't harm others, which smoking does not).
