Add to school budgets each year so that schools can feed each and every child for free.

Every single school child should get breakfast and lunch at school for free. Some of these kids have to wake up at 5:30am to be at school on time. Some parents are already gone and are not home to make sure their kids eat because they work. Some parents don't have the money to feed their kids while others do not care. Either way, children should not have to suffer because of their parents and their issues. Too long have Americans looked the other way as children starve right in front of them. It is so ridiculous that we would rather throw food away than feed a hungry child. We will feed our prisoners three square meals a day and make sure they have roofs over their heads, yet we shut down our schools, cut educational programs, and allow children to starve.
