Add so-called ASSAULT IFLES to the National Firearms Act requiring a Federal background check and tax stamp.

So called ASSAULT WEAPONS will be added to the NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT . They purchaser of these weapons shall undergo a Federal background check and pay a tax (the tax should be between the Machine Gun and Any Other Weapons tax). There has NEVER been a crime committed with a legally purchased machine gun, therefore it reasons the added research by the BATFE would satisfy the requirement of added background information available and not infringe on the rights of the people to legally own an item they so desire.
