This petition seeks to expand on the recent Executive Order on immigration announced by President Obama to allow spouses of United States Citizens, and Legal Permanent Residents, to be eligible for a temporary reprieve from deportation, as the parents of children, that are U.S. citizens, will be.
If the goal is to keep families from being separated, then spouses should count as an integral part of families.
