The deaths from the May 20th 2013 tornado did not need to happen. It make no sense why schools in Tornado Alley don't have shelters to go to. A hallway will not protect you from a high F3 or higher tornado. Schools and State buildings need shelters. The deaths in Oklahoma could have been prevented. We should have shelters either made, or the funding for it to do it our selves. So horrific deaths will never happen again.
