Our country is going down day by day with 9% unemployment rate and 15 Million Us citizens out of work..But at the same time companies(American and Foreign companies ) hire or contract folks those who are on work visa to USA in H1/L1/B1 and EAD (95% are from INDIA and 6 Million Visa holders) as it is cheaper for them hire those folks by just paying $1000 as visa fees and let them replace a US citizen out of work for 6 years.
Let us employ a Foreign worker if they are best and the brightest and NOT the CHEAPEST..
1. ADDING a SURCHARGE of around 45,000-50,000 every year to the company that employes a Visa holder.SO that company can hire a foreign worker if they are bright and the best and not the cheapest.
It is time to ACT my dear US citizens. 6 Million is half of our unemployment of US.
