Add Telugu (One of Indian Languages) in MAVNI OPI (Oral Proficiency Interview) language list.

MILITARY ACCESSIONS VITAL TO NATIONAL INTEREST (MAVNI) is a program that recruits certain legal aliens into US Army. They possess language skills which are considered to be vital to the national interest.
These legal aliens are experts in some other country’s languages with associated cultural backgrounds. From India Bengali, Hindi, Malayalam, Punjabi and Tamil are in the list of OPI languages. Telugu is one of the DLPT (Defense Language Proficiency Tests), but it’s not in the list of OPI for MAVNI program. We are requesting to add Telugu to the OPI list. Telugu speaking people already serving US Army. Telugu is a Dravidian language predominantly spoken in the south India. Telugu ranks third by the number of native speakers in India (75 million), thirteenth in the Ethnologue list.
