Add a thirteenth month to the calendar, called Thirtember.

Adding a thirteenth month to the calendar would enable citizens to enjoy yet another visually interesting date each century: 13/13/13. This is important fodder for Internet memes and social bonding. But more importantly, it would give the country an extra month each year to work, visit with family and friends, and give more time to Congress to resolve year-end issues, such as a future fiscal cliff.
