Cigarettes and other tobacco products are known health hazards to not only the consumer but those in the immediate area. It is contradictory to allow cigarettes and other tobacco products to be sold when they have no known medical purposes. The products should all be added to the Schedule 1 list of the Controlled Substances Act.
