The deaths from the May 20th 2013 tornado did not need to happen. It make no sense why schools in Tornado Alley don't have shelters to go. A hallway will not protect you from a high F3. Schools need shelters. The deaths in Oklahoma could have been prevented. I call for a shelter for each school in Tornado Alley. So horrific deaths will never happen again.
