In view of recent collisions resulting in loss of life caused by drivers going the wrong way on freeways, we petition the federal government to mandate the installation of devices that detect a vehicle going the wrong way at more than a very slow speed which activate a red light to warn both the driver of the vehicle traveling the wrong direction and other drivers on that same road traveling the right direction of the extremely hazardous condition.
