Addendum to FCC rule banning obscene language on the radio. Promoting drugs and violence through music should be added.

This petition is urging congress to ban drug promotion and violence in the music that's being played on fm stations. Currently drugs and violence does not fall under misconduct or obscenity with the Fcc. This petition will hopefully change that.
