At May 28, 2012 at the border post Arkankergen there happened a mass murder of 14 border guards and 1 civil huntsman. Only one of the soldiers was survived. Government investigation team fabricated charges against that soldier. The court also upheld fraud conviction and ordered the soldier to lifelong imprisonment. All comments on the violations of the law and human rights have been ignored by the government. Therefore, we ask you to add into Magnitsky's list all those violators of the law and human rights, which have condemned the innocent soldier to lifelong imprisonment in Kazakhstan.
