Current ban might stop trophies hunters, but not those who do not plan to bring trophies back to US. Knowing that info on their African trip is publicly available, it might stop US hunters from that trip if they are afraid for their reputation. Most of these hunters have hunting license in US, and it’s easy to identify them. Also, this addition should obligate all hunters traveling to Africa to purchase “overseas hunting license”.
