Currently, automobile Lemon Laws are valid for mechanical problems like engine, and transmission problems.
Of course, Mechanical problems does not include interior & exterior problems.
Sometimes, a person is not able to check details of interior & exterior of the NEW car when purchasing.
Therefore, there are so many possibilities to find these interior and exterior problems after the purchase.
For example, finding scrapes in the bottom of the front bumper, or finding a hole in the car seat(s) is not covered by Lemon Law. Lemon Law should include these interior & exterior problems too.
It should cover at least a month and/or under 500 miles after the purchase.
The dealerships are responsible for "satisfactory" repair, or the customer gets to return the car without any fees. Who is with me?
