The " Human Heartbeat Protection Act", signed into law by Arkansas state legislators, blatantly violates the supreme court ruling in Roe Vs. Wade by reducing the time allotted for an abortion from 24 week to 12. This effectively bars abortions within the first trimester and will not hold up to a court challenge.
