Address the abuse of power and misappropriation of Taxpayers funds by the House of Representatives.

The House of Representatives has just taken it's 40th vote in a specious and pointless attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act (Obama Care), an Act that has passed into Law, been upheld by the Courts and is supported by 80% of the Citizens in America. In doing so they have spent over $60 Million of taxpayer funds for political game playing. We the People demand that they repay the taxpayers from their own salaries, and are abjured from spending another dollar trying to undo any existing legislation until such time as they have created and passed into law at least one bill that actually helps the American people and economy in some way. Representatives proposing any further waste of the taxpayers time and monies shall have their Congressional pay sequestered and given away to the needy.
