Address actually annual figures on Domestic Violence Cases per state.

I would like the White House to address the numbers of actual Domestic Violence cases reported per state(all 50 states),individually in 2013.-The purpose is to verbally go on record.The purpose of verbally going on record would show an alarming number of Domestic Violence cases annualy .Domestic Violence is an alarming and troubling trend that I do not feel gets enough attention.
