Require that all economic stimulus be paid directly to those who file taxes as individuals, not corporations or other entities. The stated purpose of stimulus is to stimulate the economy, but is far too often used to curry favor or gain political advantage. As it is the people who pay taxes, the people should directly receive any and all future stimulus.
