We respectfully request that all salaries, bonuses, and all other expenditures of any and all government employees be addressed, analyzed and reduced to compensate for the restriction of the budget.
With all departments losing funding it is only fair to scale the salaries, bonuses, and other expenses the government pays accordingly. Also, to make all payrolls, and bonuses public information to maintain accountability of those who represent us. To further ensure this doesn't cause corruption to deepen, also prohibit acceptance of cash, property, and other goods or forms of payment from special interest groups, companies, and people by those in any form of office, or committee.
It is best for the people to know their leaders are willing to sacrifice for them during these troubling times.
