It isn't a new idea that North Korea is a place of suffering. The North Korean People are restricted from the basic freedoms that every Human is entitled to. Many of these people die trying desperately to escape, or to make a change. Many more, however, will spend the rest of their lives being tortured, humiliated, and used for labor. If we don't do something to change that, how can we call ourselves Defenders of Freedom?
The world has for too long tolerated such atrocities to be committed. Now is the time to stop this, by any means. Is it not our own Declaration of Independence which states that every human being has a right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness?
So we call upon the Obama Administration to address this issue with action, for the good of our fellow man.
