Davis Monthan AFB's installation commander determined that the LGBT "US flag" does not represent an alteration to the American Flag. This is simply not true, as evident by the presence of 50 stars with blue background. The individual responsible for flying this flag from government quarters has displayed a flagrant disrespect for the nation's flag they wear in the face of our enemies. The display of any altered American flag on a US military installation is an insult to my brothers and sisters at arms who have fought and died defending the true American Flag.
