Geo-engineering, also known as "chemtrails" is a weather modification or weather control program, and has been happening in our atmosphere for over 15 years. Toxic metals such as aluminum, barium, and strontium are being sprayed in aerosols form airplanes without our knowledge or consent. There has been an ongoing media blackout on the issue keeping American citizens unaware of the programs. There is unknown effects from these programs on our collective air, water, soils, and food, and may have negative effects on human health. This petition is to require government disclosure and explanation of the these programs, and to stop chemtrail geo-engineering.
