Create standards and regulation to stop healthcare providers from charging astronomical fees for health care services, and put an end what is essentially price gouging against those who are desperately in need of medical aid and emergency services. Prevent health care providers from charging random rates for the same services. At the very minimum force the industry to come up with its own standard pricing for commonly administered services.
