I petition the administration to reform their process of developing a budget. Far too much do I see Social Security and Military Pay being said as the first to go if the government cannot reach an agreement.
I petition that if the government cannot reach an agreement over budget then Congress, The House, The Senate, and The President all have their pay cut until an agreement can be made.
The American people are tired of seeing their livelyhood be affected at the government's inability to be responsible.
The US Military should NOT have to worry about whether they will be paid.
