Address candidates using hate speech in order to oppress and vilify minorities of all race and color within our country.

Created by J.H. on November 28, 2015

We the People support fair campaigns that do not allow for presidential candidates, namely Donal Trump, to continue using hate speech to oppress and vilify any individual, regardless of race, religion, or cultural background solely for the purpose of gaining popularity in elections. We are urging the FEC to create regulations deeming any candidate's statements of subordination towards any ethnic or cultural group illegal and a violation of federal campaign laws and the United States Constitution. The dialogue of candidates should not, and cannot, be used to isolate or discriminate against any minority, but rather, to promote the candidate's ideas that create a system of fair and equal opportunity for all.
