This petition will require members of congress to be competent, ethical and fit for service. By signing the Oath of Office to support the constitution, they shall not sign or agree to pledges, pacts, oath of allegiances, statements or contracts with individuals, agencies, institutions or any entity for personal or political favor in the form of campaign donations, personal monies, advertisements, endorsements,etc. relative to stated or implied purposes or intent to discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation and class which serves to over-rule, conflict, nullify or inhibit the process to perform duties and responsibilites as elected members of congress; thus, inhibiting the rights of U.S. citizens to have a true representation of democracy.
