address Congress to start working together. To act on the people, not the party. To act for us, not their jobs.

Created by J.P. on November 16, 2012

-This last election both sides have been citing claims of a mandate. That the people want this party or that party. We the people want -both- parties to start working together. For both sides to be willing to compromise on -all- issues. To stop doing what they need to do to keep their jobs, and do what is needed for us. Prove that its not all talk. Don't play chicken with our lives. Get done what needs to get done, regardless if it means your job. You owe us that much. Be willing to make the choices your party will hate, but will save this country. Don't hold us hostage anymore, to keep your pockets lined. You are willing to cut the budget, start with yourselves. Consider it a penalty for the last 12 years. Get a budget made before the end of the year, without making the other side cave.
