address congress's inability to govern

Clearly this current Congress is a failure to all people of the United States and the world. As citizens of the United States, we demand action. The basis of the US Constitution is a social contract. We the people have given consent to this body of government to protect our natural rights, Congress has failed to uphold its obligation to American people and a result, we seek dissolution of this body of American government with the intent to form a new government body. This a right of all citizens of the United States. American democracy has transformed in a tyranical despotism, tyranny through a minority. This is a very dangerous situation and action needs to be swift.
