address the criminal abuse of peaceful protesters on Wall Street by law enforcement officers.

There have been multiple documented abuses of power by New York law enforcement officials. Several videos readily available online have depicted individuals who are paid to protect and serve the citizens of their districts assaulting them without warrant or provocation while their commissioner excuses such behavior as appropriate. This is a horrendous abuse of power more in line with a police state than the freedoms that Americans are entitled to by law. While I understand that this is a local matter, other such abuses have been documented in many other areas and at this point I feel it would be appropriate for the man our nation looks to for leadership to issue an indictment of these heinous acts which are a clear violation of any citizens rights.
