The Common Core curriculum is being implemented in some states as a one-size-fits-all curriculum. This petition requests that federal government funding for education require that states measure and show individual student improvement instead of having all students measured by uniform tests. This uniformity does not encourage educators to challenge the country's most able students. Nor does it encourage hard-fought achievement in special education students. Schools should be held to a standard of teaching ALL students, including outliers.
