America has not been shielded from broadcasts of the unprovoked killings of black men by law enforcement. The continued looping of black men being murdered by law enforcement shown by media is having lasting irreversible effects on our communities. We have a right to be protected from vulgar acts against our society, even if it is not yet deemed a terrorist act.
