Our atmosphere is continuing to be consumed by fossil fuels and pollution despite our international efforts to assess and reduce effects of humanity on our planet. We, as caretakers of this planet, are seemingly powerless as our resources continue to struggle to meet the demands of our population growth. Natural gas is not a viable action as a more powerful compound, methane, is released while the gas is extracted. By switching to this more potent resource, we will lose our gains of curbing greenhouse gases and further disrupt our natural carbon cycle of our planet.
