Address the financial inequality and legacy of poverty created by the enslavement of generations of Africans in the U.S.

Created by N.A. on September 24, 2011

Millions of descendants of slaves in this country are still suffering the tremendous and broad repercussions of slavery.

Aside from being set free after the Emancipation Proclamation in 1863 and the passing of the Civil Rights Act in 1965 the financial and economic disparity created by the robbery of a group of people's future EQUAL prosperity to bolster the prosperity of others has never been discussed in any manner not seen as radical, fringe or ridiculous.

Reparations of some sort that directly benefit these people would be the only way to address their specific deficit.
