Please get people talking about poverty, and propose some solutions. Help make it a central issue in our nation's discourse. According to the US Census Bureau's 2011 data, 15.1% of our citizens live in poverty. We can do better than that.
Your administration is in a good position to make this a central issue now, and in the 2012 elections. I want to hear our leadership proposing solutions to this important problem which causes so much suffering.
