In the wake of the Conn. school shooting, I am calling for stricter gun control laws. Here is my proposal
Disqualify citizens with firearms related convictions, mandate criminal background checks if anyone wishes to exercise the right to bear arms, and disqualify Pell Grant recipients with firearms related convictions.
