Address the handling of the L.A. police shooting of the women delivering newspapers.

Created by J.M. on March 13, 2013

Two women delivering papers early in the morning during the recent manhunt for fired police officer in L.A. were shot at more than 102 times because their vehicle was similar to one being sought even though brand and color were different. Both women were shot but survived. The LA GOVERNMENT "gave" them a new truck, but want them to pay taxes on the "gift" and require them to never sell.
102+ bullets shows intent on part of LAPD to kill who or whatever was in the vehicle. If a private citizen committed this act it would be pre- meditated attempted murder. The officers are still on the job and the women are still not "made whole". Please have DOJ look into this egregious violation of the civil rights of these women.
