to address the hunger strike in Guantanamo Bay

Created by C.C. on April 15, 2013

The New York Times published an editorial on April 14th from a hunger striking prisoner at Guantanamo Bay prison:

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/04/15/opinion/hunger-striking-at-guantanamo-...

This editorial describes the horrifying conditions these prisoners are under, and how the United States and their home governments refuse to extradite them, despite the fact that they have never been charged with a crime or put on trial. These people have been held at Gitmo for more than a decade. It is time to address their plight and begin the process to return innocent prisoners to their families and their homes.
