Illegal immigration is detrimental to the nation, and a public example must be made to demonstrate that the laws of this country are sacrosanct and applicable to everyone. Melania Trumps immigration history and the legality that she followed is in serious question. As an immigrant who completed his journey through the H1-B and Green Card process to citizenship, I do not understand how she converted a B2 visitor visa to a work visa. I also do not understand how she could attest to the fact that she does not violate the moral turpitude clause when nude pictures were taken and disseminated prior to establishing permanent residency. As a citizen, I demand an investigation and deportation back to Slovenia if she has violated US laws.
