Address Indian Reservations as sovreign nations and cut government spending that is causing and "Entitlement Mentality"

The Indian Reservations in the Southwest United States are in need of policy re-form. The policies put in place have created a society that is totally dependant on the government for everything. These societies have basically came to a stand still in education, job skills, and are a burden to the United States of America. I live in this area and more and more all I hear about is ways to get over on the American government for more assistance. There is absolutly no regulation or accountability in the tribal leaderships, therefore government assistance money is abused for those in power and the rest just live off of whatever the government gives them. Alcholism is extremely high due to a stagnant economy where there is no desire nor dreams of succeding.
