As a member of the Baby Boomer Generation, I have found myself forced out of work, due to my position being eliminated, and being unable to find work. I have often heard the phrase: "Age discrimination happens but you can't prove it!" People my age want to work and continue to be productive citizens! How can we achieve this when we encounter this "wall" time and time again?
