Address the issue of congressional term limits. Congress is out of touch with the common person due to their position.

Previous rulings in term limits for congressmen make little sense. The common man is no longer represented as our forefathers intended because the people filling the position of Congressman have in all likelihood never been at the level of the common man. Many have never known the struggle of the people they claim to represent or have close to the same values. It has been said it is unconstitutional to limit a term but I would argue that it is unconstitutional to have a person remain in office for in some case decades. The values of an 60-80 year old are far different from those of a 30-40 year old. The needs are also vastly different. The old saying if it isn't broke don't fix it does not apply in this situation. Congressmen are meant to serve the public and they don't.
