Address the issue of Disabled veteran's still waiting for Appeals to be processed in a speedy manner. Why Years?

Many veteran's are waiting years to have their disability claims and appeals processed in a timely manner. We are fed up with excuses that the Veteran's Administration has years of backup. We are now in the age of computers which helps with processing claims faster. Many female veteran's has in the pass ten years have come forth with sexual trauma,PTSD and mental issues that are just now being addressed. We have waited years for help and still we are not hear or given the help we need. Many had waited years for their claims to be resolved and gone homeless, jobless and without the support needed to stop this madness. It should not take 6 years + to process a claim be it male or female. Or whether or not he or she fought in a war, the veteran is disabled, serviced his or her country.
