Address the issue of forced bills.

I am personally frustrated by the frequency with which lawmakers force bills through the house and the senate without giving a proper chance for review and critique. This causes many special interest laws, policies, and spending plans to pass through without even being read by our representatives. I believe that as Americans, our rights are being violated by congressmen who force special interests down our throat, and I implore the Obama Administration to find a solution for this serious problem.
