Address the Issues that have been ISSUES for quite some time.

I want a controlled lobby system one in which donations are transparent (even from super packs). if there was a set amount that a politician could use to run for office...(1) hypothetically $2 from every person they will represent(in theory a mayor elected to represent 20k people would be able to spend 40k on his campain, senator with 1million would be able to spend 2 million, and a president with 300million would be able to spend 600million.This would put it on a more even playing field with more credible nominies...)(2) more regulations on brokers selling bad credit and betting on the market to go down(3) lower taxes on companies ONLY if they hire within our country, if hypothetically again more that 25% of their workforce is outside of the U.S. they should have a higher tax rate
