In the U.S males do not have access to many programs, and rights including: Driver's license, voting rights, federal loans, federal grants, federal scholarships, state loans, state scholarships, and citizenships unless they forfeit their bodily autonomy to the Selective Service(SS).
Males are required to trade their own bodies in order to have equal access to these programs that females get by default. This is unlawful discrimination as outlined in the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
We no longer live in a culture that supports gender roles. Women are now empowered, and autonomous - there's no reason why males must continue to be protectors, and gatherers for women. This is sexism that hurts both genders, and we need a 21st century discussion on whether to stop, or reform the SS program.
