Address the nation to increase awareness of the dangers of FULLY sentient A.I. which are closer than we think.

We've all seen or heard the depiction by science fiction of what would happen if a fully sentient, fully aware Artificial Intelligence or, AI, were to come into existence. From Terminators genocide of the human race to Mass Effects continual cycle of AI rebellion a future with self aware machines looks grim anyway you slice it. It looks worse still when you think about how hackers who need input interfaces like keyboards or touch screens can hack the U.S. Defense networks computers so easily. Imagine what they'd do if they could input via thought the way AI's could. That's why we need worldwide legislation outright banning fully aware AI. IF you think I'm joking then just remember how many of the worlds smartest individuals, including Steve Wozniac and Stephen Hawking, have said this too.
