Address the outrageous cost of health care and not just who's paying it. Doesn't matter who pays if price is unfair.

Hospital bills are ridiculous. As pointed out by Steven Brill in "Bitter Pill," we should be more concerned by why the bills are so high and only then worry about who's paying it. We must take a hard look at the medical care finance system and find a way, whether through government action or market systems, to make these prices fair and reasonable. they are currently operating under a monopoly system where the costumer can't refuse and they are taking advantage of us. We should NOT be charted $1.50 for a single tablet of non-name brand Tylenol or $77 for gauze.
